Project Scope
Designed in 2012 to be a mobile version of RoatanReview.com and RoatanIslandTimes.com for small viewports. Developed in IBM/Lotus Notes/Domino, the system integrates various databases that are also shared by the other 2 Roatan sites. The UI was developed in JavaScript/CSS3 without any heavy libraries, just plain coding to keep it light for phones.
The logo was designed to be a scannable Q-Mark that appears in print ads and posters that are scanned on site. If GPS enabled, roatanmobile.com will tell you what is nearby or how far a specific place is from your current position.
