Escrow Disbursement Control Panel
An integrated system of multi-platform data sources manageable via a web front-end for funding construction escrow projects.
Integrated with the Mobile Inspector App, builders submit online payment requests with signed vouchers and supporting documentation.
Payment requests are disbursed after all documentation is received and progress confirmed by onsite inspections.
Lenders login to review requests with documentation to approve final disburement.
All incoming documents for the project are scanned and digital copies filed in the Document Manager application.
Disbursement officers review and tag all documentation as it comes in.
Once all required documents have been confirmed, reports are generated and payment requests are sent to Quickbooks.
Databases and Excel files are updated as payments are made.

Project Scope
Designed as an IBM/Lotus Domino hybrid application with Lotus Notes databases and hundreds of Excel worksheets as the back-end.
The server-side front-end was built with XPages. The client-side front-end and UI/UX was built using popular JavaScript/CSS frameworks like bootstrap and font-awesome. Extensive API development in jQuery/Ajax/JSON/XML. Server-side JavaScript for API's to/from Excel, SQL, PDFs.
